Hi,

the sentence below is my own:

According to June 2016 news media reports, a former CEO of XYZ and its Chief Accountant were arrested on suspicion of embezzling company money.

Of course, the its 'relates' to XYZ, not the CEO (who cannot be called it). Does the 'its' look good here, or should I pheraps write 'and the Chief Accountant of XYZ'?
