A generous décolleté attended to the rest

Hi everyone,

I've come across this description of a fashion manner in late 18th century in Britain:
Women were abandoning hoops, but they still corseted themselves to keep their breasts poisde and full. The waistline was raised, and a generous décolleté attended to the rest.
I'm quite confused by the last clause: "a generous décolleté attended to the rest", what does the phrase "attended to the rest" refer to? What is "the rest"?

The rest of the attempt made by the woman to make herself conform to the definition of beauty as it prevailed at that time.
