Hola :)
Lo siguiente esta dicho por un conductor de bus que, luego de haber chocado, le hacen exámenes médicos:
Conductor:"Man I can't believe this. What are they doing this to me for?"
Doctor: "They do it to everyone, Mr. Brown, after any accident involving a bus.
Conductor:"This is ridiculous, man. I got a good mind to call the union."

¿A qué se refiere con eso, lo que esta en azul?

    "I got a good mind" es un dicho Americano. Quiere decir "tengo una buena razón". En este contexto, quiere decir:

    "Tengo una buena razón de llamarle a la unión"

    You are right - it is American but only because of the word 'got'.

    In British English we would say "I have a good mind to call the union." or "I've a good mind to call the union."
