A head slightly dished.

Hello,
I would like to know the meaning of the following phrase, talking about horses and their conformation.
"The head is slightly dished".
My problem is the meaning of dished.
Could be translated as "cóncavo"? Or can we find any other translation?

    Sí, Clodita tiene toda la razón. Usamos esta palabra para referirnos a caballos con las caras cóncavas, más que todo los árabes y los "Welsh Pony".
