a job with/in/for the company

Hundreds of people applied for a job with the company.

Hi,
Can I replace "with" in the above with "in" or "for?" If noe, what does "with" mean in this context? Thanks in advance.

    You can us "in" but not "for." But "with" is my personal favorite -- to me, the word implies a connection or relationship. Something more substantial than "in" which simply implies a building or, at best, an environment.
