Just two kilometers near my home, there is a juice shop. It doesn't have luxurious decoration.

What would you name it--a shop that sells fruit juices? Besides, does luxurious decoration sound right to you? Thanks.

If it is a shop that sells freshly-squeezed juices and smoothies to drink immediately (i.e. not in cartons), it is called a juice bar. (They're all the rage in Ireland at the moment!)

"Luxuriously" doesn't sound right to me - I would probably say "extravagantly" decorated, or rephrase to something like:
    "The decor is quite minimalist."
