    Yes, it means an adult who still has the interest/curiosity/enthusiasm/open-mindedness of a child (and would therefore appreciate this exhibit).

    Yes, "Big" with Tom Hanks is one of the better ones. A funny movie.

    Of course he is still emotionally a child, just with an adults amount of schooling.
