1.look, a lady is smiling wholeheartedly the picture.
2.look, a lady smiles wholeheartedly in the picture.

are both 1 and 2 correct? if so, which one is better.

    Neither works. What do you mean by 'heartedly', a word that is almost never used in modern English except in combinations such as 'halfheartedly and 'wholeheartedly?

    thanks for your suggestion. i meant to use 'wholeheartedly'.
    with 'heartedly' being placed by 'wholeheartedly', which one works better?
