Though she is still symptomatic she has improved her behavior gradually , she can interact with peers appropriately and in general she looks a little bit better.

Aunque todavia esta simtomatica, ha mejorado su conducta gradualmente, puede interactuar apropiadamente con sus compañeros y en general se ve un poco mejor.

    The original is which, the Spanish, correct? Because they both sound fine except that it sounds a little odd that she "looks" better. Do you mean she seems / acts / behaves / appears better? "Looks" would refer only to her physical condition.
