A little silver box with 7s.

Hi folks, this is cited from Colonel Jack by Daniel Defoe. (1722)
context: they stole something and itemized.

my question: if this silver box contained 7s, so it was made up other pennies 1d, 2d, 3d, 4ds'
Or two boxes? one box contains 7s, other one containes those pennies.

5. A little silver box with 7s. in it, all in small silver, 1d., 2d.,
3d., 4d. pieces.

There was one box, containing money to the value of 7 shillings in total, made up of the smaller denominations listed (rather than, for example, seven one-shilling coins).
