Hi, Polastudent. No, it isn´t correct. It should be, grammatically "I have a little fever" or "I´ve got a bit of a fever", but I´d probably say "I´ve got a slight temperature/ I´ve got a bit of a temperature". I don´t know if they say this the same in the USA. See if anyone else answers.

en los estados unidos, decimos "i've got a little bit of a fever" or "i've got a slight fever" or "i have a temperature"...los tres funcionan equal
