    Hola a todos,

¿Cómo sería un dolor de cabeza con estas características? ¿Ligero y punzante?

    Saludos

A "low" pain might be translated as "un dolor sordo". "Buzzing" refers to the fact that the person literally feels as if he has a "zumbido" inside his head. I'm not really sure about the best way to render this in Spanish - it might be useful to have the complete context to see how we could get round it.
