Hi there although saying this is kind of easy I must confece I have my doubts. How would you say in english: "el restaurante esta a vuelta a mano izquierda hasta el el fondo" my try: the restaurant is around the corner left hand at the end" let's say we're in a hospital and someone asks where's the restaurant? Thanks for any help!!

    Hola.

Yo diría: "The restaurant is around the corner to the left, at the end."

Or "turn next corner to the left and, at the end you'll find the restaurant"

That's what I would say too, except I would say "all the way at the end."
