I am trying to say the sentence below. It is for a formal translation. Can anyone verify it is correct? Apologies there are no accents - it’s not just laziness, I don’t know how to do accents on laptops.
Merci bien en avance!

A member of the Bank of England Bank Monetary Policy Committee was present at each occasion.

Un membre de la Commission chargée de la politique monétaire du Banque d'Angleterre etait present a chaque ocassion.

Are you sure about the name of the committee? It seems to me you may have dropped a Bank. Other than that, occasion is one s two ccs, banque is feminine, and you're fine.
