Students have take two exams in the space of three days. The first exam is on monday and second one is on wednesday.

In such a situation where the students will have to take the exams within three days and there will be rest day of one day.

Now, I want to know how to say this.

There will be a one day of rest between the two exams.

There will be a rest for one day between the two exams.

    I overlooked "a one":cross:.
Your second sentence, rituparnahoymoy, is grammatical, but no one would say it that way.

I wouldn't cal it "rest" in this context.

There'll be a day's break between (the two) exams.
There'll be a day's break before the second exam.
