one question from one interview regarding talvar film. The film is based on aarushi murder case.
We were clear Talvar wouldn't be a biopic, a placard-bearing bandwagon or a voyeuristic look at a tragic incident.
what does it means?

This is an extended metaphor, RT. A "biopic" is a biographical film.

A "placard-bearing bandwagon" is a film that strongly promotes some moral opinion or point of view.

A "voyeuristic look at a tragic incident" is a film that seeks to excite the audience with shocking images of the incident.

They were clear that 'Talvar' would not be any of these things. It is a different kind of film.
