    He leido varios hilos sobre la traducción de "a propósito de" pero no se si sería valido regarding speaking of para el siguiente caso:

    Invitación a visitar la Biblioteca de Santa Genoveva de París a propósito del proyecto francés de crear un precio único para el libro electrónico.



    This article encourages readers to visit the St. Genevieve Library in Paris French, speaking of the French project to set a unique price for the e-book.

    It looks to me as if "a propósito" should be translated as "concerning" here.

    creo que en este caso se refiere a "con el fin de".

    "Invitation to visit the St. Genevan Library of Paris to support the goal of the French project to create a unique price for e-books (electronic books)"
