    Moderato con anima (English Only)
    English (Singapore/UK), basic Chinese
No question mark. This is an indirect question - embedded in the main clause. There should be no inversion.

Tell me whether it's a watermelon.
    I don't know whether it's a watermelon.

If the main clause is in the interrogative, you will need the question mark.

Can you tell me whether it's a watermelon?
Do you know whether it's a watermelon?
