Can anyone help me with the translation into Spanish of "a quick-change away"? I am reading a text about Superman. It says that he works as a reporter, but whenever danger calls "he is only a quick-change away from saving the world". I get the meaning ¿(está a un paso, está muy cerca, lo que tarda en cambiarse)?, but maybe someone has better suggestions. Thanks!

Imagino que hablan de estar "separado por sólo un rápido cambio de ropa" (de salvar el mundo) con referencia a cuando Clark Kent en su traje normal se convierte en Superman con su disfraz de capa y la gran "S".

If you need to translate, and do not need to be literal, then expressions such as un abrir y cerrar de ojo should work.

Claro, esto pierde la referencia a lo que hace Clark Kent, como explicó cubaMania.

I believe the term "quick change" comes from the theatre, where an actor exits the stage, then has a few seconds to make a "quick change" from one costume to another before re-entering.

Thank you both for your help! I think I'll use "a un paso" or "en un abrir y cerrar de ojos". I can't think of a more literal expression in Spanish. Saludos.
