Hi guys! I'm wondering whether I shouldn have put "a" before "refugee status" and "subsidiary protection". Both "refugee" and protection" are uncountable. What do you think about it?

"A municipal body competent for permanent or temporary residence registration - in relation to Polish citizens residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland, foreigners residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland and family members of the foreigners residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland in relation to obtaining a refugee status or a subsidiary protection, excluding children indicated in item 1"

Definitely not before 'refugee status'; I'd be inclined not to put it before 'a subsidiary protection', although that seems less clear-cut.
