Is the underlined phrase in this sentence an adjective phrase or an adverb phrase?
The moon is a satellite of the earth, revolving around the earth one every twenty-nine and a half days.

It's a participle phrase, working to describe the moon. So it works as an adjective phrase.

And it should be once, not one.
