Does this congratulation sound ok?

Congratulations!
We wish you a happy mood and successful business!

The point is that 'mood' and 'business' are key words in this congratulation.

Thank u in advance!

You don't need to say "happy mood", because "mood" is understood. "Happiness" or "much happiness" is probably more appropriate.

"Successful business" is correct, in a way, but it sounds a little awkward.

"We wish you happiness and success" says it all (in postcard style.)

I don't think "happy" and "mood" really go together, idiomatically. "Business" is unnecessary, since the postcard is going to a business person (it is assumed that the "success" relates to their business affairs), so I firmly  xrayspex's suggestion.

It's a condratulation to our female English-speaking business colleagues on the Mother's Day. In Russia it is celebrated on the 8th of March.

Please, could you suggests some more congratulations.

I am terrible at writing sincere-sounding greetings! You can do what I always do... use Google to find something that someone with more imagination has written.
