Hi all;

What does this (final) phrase mean:

The film was playing at a small run-down venue on Imad al-Din street which often shows karate films, I attended a 3.30 pm weekday showing, usually a slow time in a first-run theater.

Thanks in advance!

    A "first-run theater" is a theater which shows films for the first time.

    Hi,

    Using Luke's answer, I suggest:
    Or:

    My problem is with the "weekday", I was going to say منتصف الأسبوع but it's not necessarily so. Can we say أحد أيام العمل as in contrast with يوم أجازة? I don't know. :(
