"Sturdy" is a strange adjective to use before "health." It would be more common to say, "My health is good" OR "I have good health" OR "I am very sturdy."

You'll want to use "I had high energy"

The word "energy" can be countable, but not in this context. I can't think of any instance in which "health" is countable, but it is definitely not countable in this context.
