a touch wide

Could you please explain me, what this phrase means?

Her mouth, a touch wide, can break into a beguiling smile.

I understand each word, but I have no idea how they work together and especially in that word order :(
Thank you!

Hi, Myavochka. "A touch wide" means that the speaker thinks her mouth is a little wider than the ideal width for mouths.

People use "a touch (too) __" to mean that something has too much of some quality:

Her legs are a touch too short for my taste. = I think her legs are a little bit too short to be ideally beautiful legs.
