Would someone explain what " a weird-off" mean?
I am watching TV series and in a scene a woman says,
"we could have a weird-off"
And I don't understand what it means.

Thank you!

    Without further context I can only suggest it might be a competition to see who can do/say/be the weirdest.

    Woman 1 is in prison and she is talking her friend woman 2 over the phone
    Woman2 is now pregnant.

    The lines are;

    Woman 1)It's so weird in here. I wish I could explain it you
    Woman 1)well, I have an alien growing inside me. We could have a weird-off.

    Thank you!
