    No, you wouldn´t, they kindly gave you not one, but two, expressions in Spanish, one for aardvark, and one for giant aardvark.

    I don't think so. Its pronunciation is a bit awkward in Spanish...
    Anyway, maybe this is not too relevant but there was a cartoon called "The ant and the aardvark" that was translated as "El oso hormiguero"...

    Si quieres ser correcto, creo que 'oso hormiguero' es 'anteater'. Un 'anteater' es similar a un aardvark, pero no es el mismo animal. Cerdo hormiguero es probablemente mejor, pero no estoy seguro, porque no soy hispanohablante de Africa...
