Abbreviations of salutations

Could someone please help me out with abbreviations of common salutations in Italian?

For example, I know that dottore can be short-formed to dott. and dottoressa to dott.ssa because I receive this in correspondence. But what about:

signore
signora
signorina
avvocato
architetto

Also, not to get into the egregio vs. gentile debate, what are their abbreviations? Egr. and Gent. / Gent.ma ?

Thanks a bunch.

    signore -> Sig.re
    signora -> Sig.ra
    signorina -> Sig.na
    avvocato -> Avv.
    architetto -> Arch

    (all in capitals -even if you do not abbreviate them)

    Also, not to get into the egregio
    Used mainly to address men.

    vs. gentile
    Used mainly to address women.
