ABDOMEN BLANDO, DEPRESIBLE, TIMPÁNICO, PERISTALSIS NORMAL DE BUENA INTENSIDAD Y FRECUENCIA.

Al parecer se trata del siguiente significado de "timpánico" (del DRAE):

2. adj. Med. Dicho de un sonido: Producido por ciertas cavidades del cuerpo cuando están llenas de gases y son golpeadas.

Cómo se suele expresar esto en inglés?

I think you can say tympanic. The examiner will be listening for “tympany,” which is a normal sound.

Usually a tympanitic ( not tympanic) abdomen is associated with distention due to gas, but I suppose tympany might be normal over the stomach bubble.
I would say "abdomen soft, compressible, tympanitic, peristalsis normal, with good intensity and frequency." This is not quite how we write up abdominal exams in the US, but it's a fair translation of what you have there.
