Good day to everyone!!

Could someone tell me if the following is correct:

"We know and understand that you are abiding by the contract you have with XXX"

Also need to know if it's correct to say "We would appreciate if you could help us with a last issue" (in the context that I've already asked for help with other things and this would be tha last one)

Thanks in advance for your help!!

regards,
Gabita

    "We know and understand

I would suggest that is repetitive. Only one of the verbs is required to make your point.

We would appreciate if you could help us with a last issue"

"with a final issue" or "with one last issue".
