grazie mille!
It can mean both a bikini and a bathing suit that is made up of two pieces.I thought two-piece bathing suit equals bikini...
thaaanks!!!
That's what my dictionary suggests."unmatched jacket and trousers"
That's true, but still you can wear a completoI think it really depends on the context, though, no? Way back in the day when suits were de rigueur you'd see "separates" offered but today I think you'd see trousers/pants, blazers, etc. offered on their own.
It could also be casual conversation between friends..But is this for a store? A magazine?
Take this with a grain of salt, as I spend very little time among men in business attire, but I think the usual way of putting it (if you're not planning to wear un completo) would be "I think I'll wear a jacket/blazer and tie." It goes without saying that you'll also be wearing pants.Cosa indossi stasera alla cena?
Credo che indosserò uno spezzato/un completo.
