Qué sentido tiene la expresión "about as likely as not" en el siguiente contexto:

It means that there is a fifty fifty chance that 1 of 2 outcomes, comes to pass.

Y, para mi, decir about as likely as not es un modismo poco menos común y poco más educado. Quiero decir la manera de expresar esta probabilidad en inglés.
