Hi, Could anyone answer me follow questions?

    Noisy consonants: К Х П Ф Т С Ш Ч Ц Б Г В Д З Ж
    Resonant consonant: МНЛР

    Are they correct?

and, which Russian alphabet Й and Щ are belong to noisy or resonant consonants?

Щ is very close to Ш, thus it belongs to noisy consonants.
For Й, I am not quite so sure, since the sound it designates is quite unique in the Russian alphabet.

Й - resonant consonant (voiced, fricative, soft, mediopalatal)
Щ - this is a letter, not a sound. There are currently two ways to pronounce this letter:
    Petersburg - [ш'ч]
Old-Moscow - [ш'ш'], i.e long soft ш (the same is for letters combinations сч, зч)
