Which is the best?
A: I am deeply impressed with the beauty of the universe, the big scale galaxies and the beautiful scenery.
B: I am deeply impressed with the beauty of the universe. The big scale galaxies and the beautiful scenery.
C: I am deeply impressed with the beauty of the universe. The big scale galaxies and the beautiful scenery!

There's no "best". B and C are just wrong. "The big scale galaxies and the beautiful scenery." is not a sentence.

A is odd because it appears to be a list, but that says

    I am deeply impressed with:
    1. the beauty of the universe
    2. the big scale galaxies, and
    3. the beautiful scenery.

    Perhaps:
I am deeply impressed with the beauty of the universe: its big scale galaxies and beautiful scenery!

But I find it odd to talk about "beautiful scenery" in that context.

I appreciate that you taught me subtlety and details of English.
