abroad/to a foreign country, financial/fiscal

I have a stance that physical relocation for the early acquisition of English is harmful to children and it comes at an enormous financial burden on the family.

Below is what I wrote as its reason.

It's frustrating to pick up a "right" word for each place.
Could you help me?

"Physical relocation (abroad/to a foreign country) asks the parents enormous (financial/fiscal) burden."

Thank you for your time.

Hi ESC85, the sentence you wrote is good, but since you asked, here's how I'd tweak it:

"Physical relocation to a foreign country is an enormous financial burden on parents."
    - either "abroad" or "to a foreign country" is ok, but I prefer the latter in this sentence
    - "financial" is the best choice here
