When using capital letters in Spanish i.e., VISION is accentuation necessary? I've seen many examples like this that do not have any accent marks. Please assist. Thank you.

    Yes, it's needed. For instance, if you say the name "Ángel" you must accent it. Is not needed if you are using an acronym "OTAN" for example. In some cases for instance "LASER" (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) the acronym is commonly used as a normal word and could be written without capitals and with accent "láser".
