Hello,

It was childish of him not to accept my apologies.

He refused to accept my apologies, which was childish of him.

In my humble opinion, there should be a comma after apologies; however, the answer in the key booklet contains no comma at all.

Who is right?

(The sentence comes from a CPE grammar book; it's a key word transformation exercise.)
