    Hi!

I hope you can help me with this term. 'Accession', the only information I have is that it relates to the medical area since there is no more context to give you.

    Thanks in advance!:D

I also am curious about this term. I found it on a fax that was sent to me regarding patient findings on a mammogram. The only clue I have is "accession #" and that it is found in a list containing MR number, patient name, age, sex, exam date, and DOB. Can anyone help me? Thanks!Mono

    Hello:

"Accession #" in not the MR (Medical Record) #, this is given each time (out or in patient) goes to hospital, they are given a new number for billing purposes, under that numebr will appear all the exam, tests done.
In Spanish would be "Numero de cuenta".

    Saludos.
