Dear friends, do you think 'accomplish' is the correct verb to use here. If not, can I replace it with 'have'?

"The Olympic Movement truly accomplishes a great and crucial mission in the present-day world."

Since the meanings are not the same, it would be best if you explain using different words what you are trying to say.

Then "accomplishes" is acceptable, and "has" is not (since this would also cover the case of failing to accomplish the mission).
