Hi ALL,
I looked up the dict. for the word "accordingly" and it is "conformemente" in italian.
So, if I use conformemente, in the context below, is it right??

"La data di consegna 10 Ottobre e OK. Puoi mandarmi la fattura proforma conformemente?"

What I want to say is: "Delivery date 10 October is OK. Can you send me the PI accordingly?"

you can say that but IMHO is better to write:

'la data di consegna del 10 ottobre va bene. puoi mandarmi dunque (or perciò, or di conseguenza) la fattura proforma.

if you like a more formal style:

'la data di consegna per il 10 ottobre va bene. può dunque (or perciò, or di conseguenza) inviarmi la fattura proforma.

You can't use conformemente, I'll try to explain why.

Se usi il termine conformemente devi specificare a che cosa si riferisce la conformità, o avere fornito informazioni in precedenza. Esempio:
La merce è stata spedita conformemente all'ordine di acquisto.
Tutti gli ordini devono essere inviati a mezzo fax. Una conferma d'ordine è prevista per tutti gli ordini spediti conformemente.
