In the song "somebody to love" by Queen there's a phrase "I work hard every day of my life
I work till I ache my bones" . Does "ache my bones" mean to work hard (the same as "brake my balls")?

The lines, in idiomatic English, would be "I work hard every day of my life / I work until my bones ache."

To do something "until your bones ache" = to do something until exhausted.

"I ache my bones" is there to fit the music, not to be English.
