l'acqua che "fuoriesce" dalla doccia e "bagna" il corpo.

Avevo pensato a:

the water "coming out" of the shower and "bathing" the body

I'd try
The water that is pouring out of the shower and bathing the body/ making the body wet / soaking the body
But can you give us the whole sentence?

It should be like
"in attesa della temperatura ideale, sul nostro corpo cade acqua troppo calda o troppo fredda"
or
"...dalla doccia esce acqua troppo calda o troppo fredda"
