Action "coup de coeur"

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the phrase "coup de coeur".

It is in regard to a new environment initiative and the Ministry of Environment have labelled it as an "Action "coup de coeur".

The best I can come up with is "their personal favourite". Any other ideas?

I suspect the PR to have tried a pun on heart. Is the initiative linked in anyway with people who are affected with heart diseases or is it a call to solidarity. Or would "crush action" make any sense?

The link does not help much because the metaphor is so worn out. It means something like "this is what we think you should do to cut your energy bill" (or whatever else they are trying to promote).
