Hello, I'm still working on my cover letter. I'd like to know which one of these expressions sounds better?
"I'm currently searching for an internship in the tourism industry..."
"I'm currently in the research of an internship in the tourism industry..."

I think the first one sounds fine.

    Alternative suggestion:
Currently, I am looking for ..... (This is partly to avoid starting with "I". Too many sentences starting with "I" can look ugly.)
