Is "ad hoc" always written seperatly?

    never "adhoc"

I see that adhoc gets 6.5m google hits, and ad hoc 27.5m google hits. I don't think that means that 6.5m websites have adhoc in their text, because a quick look shows they mostly write ad hoc, but have adhoc in their url - urls don't, I think, allow blanks.

I have always written it as ad hoc, and have no reason to believe the other is either common or acceptable. The words are separate in Latin.
