add online booking services

Because many people complain they can't reserve a table in our honey store, we decide to open a branch store to divert some customers. After careful consideration, we choose MRT Chungshan station as the place for our branch store. Next year, we'll add online booking services.

Do I use "add" right in the above? Is it better to replace it with "offer?" Thanks.

Your last sentence would be fine if you were talking about your website in the previous sentences. You can't directly add online booking to your chain of stores, but you can add it to your website. In fact, we don't know if you have a website at all.
"Next year, we'll add online booking services to our website."
"Next year, we'll create a website with online booking services."
