My grandmother's condition saddened
me beyond words, for an89-year-
old should not have to carry around
everything she owns in a bag. It's enough
to be 89 without the added burden of
packing the last fragments of your
existence into a space big enough to
accommodate only the minutest of
treasure.
What are the meanings of these phrases:added burden of,the last fragments of your existence, accommodate only the minutest of treasures.

Sounds like the old lady is homeless and carries all her worldly goods in a bag. Knowing this context you should be able to look up these basic vocabulary words in a dictionary.
