    First, it should be "Additional charges will be applied..."
    Second, from an advertising and marketing standpoint, it is much better to use consumer-friendly or consumer-neutral language in terms and conditions -- applied is much softer than imposed, levied or demanded. :)

    If it doesn't matter whether the sentence soulds soft, it's possible to use "imposed," isn't it?
