The term "additions to property, plant and equipment" in financial statement.
Would anybody tell me if "property" here refers to real property only?
And "plant and equipment" here=equipment?
Many thanks!

What kind of a business is this the financial statement of, and what is the statement's purpose?

In other words, please provide more context.

Additions to property, plant and equipment require acquisition of real (estate) also and so includes real estate too. The additions are called 'expansion' or 'up- scaling' or 'new purchase of plant, equipment and land'.
