administrative work

Is the phrase from the title right for the things one does in the office, ex. paperwork, record-keeping etc.?
I'm actually looking for a phrase to write in my CV. It is not office managing and I was not a secretary, so would administrative work be ok, and if not, what would?

    That's sounds good to me. You should probably be a little bit more specific, but if there's no direct translation for what you do, then "administrative work" should be fine.
